Addictive relationship therapy
The specialized Addicted Relationship Therapy Program is dedicated to the exploration, awareness and change of addictive, co-dependent and counter-dependent patterns. This program is for you if you:
- Are afraid of being abandoned;
- have difficulty recognizing your thoughts, feelings, needs and desires;
- have difficulty asking for help;
- do not know how to forgive;
- feel the need to be needed/needed..., to be liked by others;
- feel ashamed of other people who do things "wrong";
- try to achieve perfection in everything, judge yourself/others harshly;
- value others' opinions above your own; rely on others' opinions;
- are extremely controlling of others or find yourself under someone else's control;
- think that you are not worthy enough or, on the contrary, too worthy for this job, this person;
- cannot refuse sex to your partner, even when you have no desire;
- afraid that your partner will "leave" you;
- "merging" with your partner, putting his needs and desires above your own;
- feeling guilty when others have problems;
- "eating/drinking" your problems.
These and many other issues are raised in this program.
The phenomenon of addiction occurs in different areas of life:
- in the relationship with one's body;
- in a relationship with food;
- in a broader social context.
This is why it is so important to recognize and understand what it is that manifests itself in your relationships and leads to different types of problems.
Each workshop utilizes different forms of information delivery:
- in the form of lectures,
- group work and exercises,
- supervisions of participants' therapeutic work.
At the later stages of the program, participants are provided with working cases with their analysis.
All this contributes to the most effective immersion in the learning process, self-discovery and gaining new therapeutic experience.
After completion of the program a certificate of the Interregional Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Arts (MIGIS) is issued.
Take advantage of the opportunity to organize your life!
- everyone who suspects or knows that there is no freedom and choice in their relationship with a partner, or they are available only to one of the partners;
- those who cannot “cope with themselves”, “pull themselves together”, who really want to, but cannot: quit smoking / eat less / stop spending a lot of money on absolutely unnecessary things / finally break up with this person / do not sit uselessly for hours on the Internet / do not rush to bed with every first person you meet, defined as "this is fate! " / fall asleep without pills / work less, etc.;
- everyone who wants to return colors to their lives, make them full, conscious, interesting;
