Our Gestalt Center MIGIS was created as a Platform of leading Gestalt therapists in Ukraine and other areas of psychotherapy are not represented in our Center.

To cooperate, you need:

1. Experience. Even with minimal experience, you can improve your skills and knowledge together with the Gestalt Center MIGIS.
2. Education. You should have a completed higher psychological or medical education.
3. Certification. You can be a certified Gestalt therapist or studying Gestalt therapy, not earlier than the middle of the second degre
4. Additional specialized education. Specialized programs in group therapy, family and child therapy to work in these areas.

6. Provide all the necessary information to the manager by phone +380675325353 (Viber or Telegram)
7. The MIGIS manager will check the accuracy of the information, conduct an interview, explain the terms of cooperation and place a Gestalt therapist card.

* Please note that during the period of martial law in Ukraine, the subscription fee is not charged!  At the same time, the commission is active and amounts to 30% of the one-time commission fee of the price of the therapist's session ordered on the MIGIS Center website.

When you receive a new appointment, you will receive an SMS message on your phone and an email to your e-mail. This information will also be displayed in your personal account on the website.

The notification you receive about a new record will contain a link to the website. You need to log in to your personal account to get full information about the client (name and surname, phone number, channel for communication, chosen format of online or offline therapy), which is stored in your personal account, and can also be obtained from the MIGIS manager +380675325353 (Viber or Telegram) on weekdays from 9 to 19. With this information, you can easily find out how to contact the client.

You should contact the client within 24 hours of the client's request.   

Agree with the client on the date and time of the session, which should be within 7 (seven) business days from the date of booking. This period can be extended with the client's consent. Enter the date and time in your personal account in the order card for this session no later than 24 hours after receiving the application.  

Important! After 24 hours, if you do not enter the data in your personal account in the client's order, the application will be automatically canceled on the website.

The date and time of the session agreed with the client must be entered in your personal account no later than 24 hours after receiving the application.

In your personal account, in the "Clients" section, there is a Client Catalog with orders for paid therapy. You need to select an active request and set the date and time of the session in the calendar.

When choosing a therapist, the client pays 30% of the Gestalt Center MIGIS commission fee on the website. The client pays the rest of the amount directly to the therapist on the day of the session or on the day of the session as agreed between you.

Rescheduling the date and/or time of the consultation is possible by mutual agreement between the client and the therapist, provided that the client notifies the therapist of the need to reschedule the consultation no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the consultation.

If the client does not show up for the consultation or informs us of the need to reschedule the consultation to another date and/or time less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the consultation, the fee paid by the client during the appointment is not refundable.

If the client changes his mind about going to the consultation, he can contact the MIGIS manager with a request for a refund at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the consultation.  

If the request is made less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the consultation, the fee is not refundable.

If the consultation did not take place due to the therapist's fault or if the therapist did not notify the client of the need to reschedule the consultation to another date and/or time no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the consultation, the client is entitled to a refund of the fee paid by him/her. And the commission will be refunded within 3 (three) banking days from the date of the relevant request.

Subsequent consultations that will be provided by the therapist to the client are recorded without booking on the service and paid by the client directly to the therapist's account.
