WE TEACH GESTALT THERAPY

I came to Gestalt therapy because I fell in love! I fell in love with this direction from the very first seminar, because my teacher did incredible miracles. Some kind of small dialogue took place and the person's head stopped hurting. Suddenly the person was transformed. Absolutely everything changed in a second: gait, facial expression. I looked at it and thought that I needed not only to learn this, but at least to understand how he does it. What captivated me in Gestalt therapy when I first started doing it was freedom. I suddenly realized that how could I not know such important, fundamental things for myself. That you can, for example, say “no” if you don’t like it; that you can not do what you don’t want or that you can not do boring work and that you can suddenly be engaged in the creative creation of something new for yourself.

I was just studying, I didn't think about who I would become later. I just wanted to be taught how to practice. My goal was this. Now for me gestalt therapy is about opportunities and about freedom. Freedom is precisely the one in which there is a choice. As many say with this phrase, "It happened." In my life, I know for sure that "it happened" does not suit me. Therefore, the gestalt, this whole path gave me the opportunity to live the way I want, to master a wonderful, beloved and paid profession. For me it was a dream: to have a favorite and paid profession. For me, gestalt is also an opportunity to live happily, live happily in relationships and build such relationships with friends. When you can be more open, frank, not afraid of something, or complain, or brag. Relationships become very emotional. During my training in Gestalt therapy and this whole path, my family relationships, personal relationships with my husband were transformed. And I am very glad. Gestalt is about relationships. With you, with your loved one.

Everything was fine in my life. I lived for myself, I did not know grief in life. Everything would be fine, only there was one nuance ... I had constant anxiety. Something inside me worried, tormented. I have a sister who introduced me to gestalt. And my first acquaintance happened on an intensive course. And what amazed me? It struck me that there was a lot of sincerity there. The sincerity that I don't see in my life. Everyone cries the same, everyone feels the same. And so I went to study. Gestalt is, I would say, discovering oneself for oneself about oneself. And only here, in gestalt, I realized that the greatest meaning is in simplicity. If you like me, then say: "I like you." If something is unpleasant for me, then inform me that it is unpleasant for me now. I learned to re-communicate with myself, with loved ones. My quality of life has changed, and interest has appeared. If earlier I was as an observer, now I understand that I myself am the main participant in my life.

And how has my life changed with the help of gestalt therapy? More opportunities and more paths opened up for me. I began, let's say, to see wider. We get to work every day, every day we take the same minibus to work. And our whole life is one way. As if we are used to it and do not see other possibilities. But we can walk one block and take a tram. We can buy ourselves a bicycle and do some new hobby, sports ... These opportunities, they are always in our life. The question is that we can not always see them. And so the gestalt in my life changed just the fact that I began to see more, I began to make more conscious choices.

At first I was struck by the environment and the field into which I got myself both by the liveliness of those people and their freedom, creativity and relaxedness. I still had a long way to go to become the way I saw those people then. Today, gestalt therapy is not a hobby, not a hobby - it is a profession. This is a profession, like any other, that allows you to earn your living, make money. They say that Gestalt therapy is difficult to explain, you have to go into it and try it. It is also probably impossible to say any impression about Vadik, you have to go and see his work, his style of work and how free he is, how creative he is, how careful he is, how accurate he is. Gestalt therapy for me is about how, first of all, to be alive, about how to equal oneself, about how to become happier, more free, about how to be close to other living people.
