Support group for wifes and relatives of military personnel

About gropup

I invite you to join an online support group for wives and relatives of military personnel
I am a military wife. And I know what it's like to live between anxiety and anticipation, to try to be strong when there is a storm inside, and often to be left alone with these feelings.
That's why I created an online support group for those who need understanding and help now.

This is a place where:

  • you can open up and talk about what really hurts;
  • you will be understood by other women who are going through similar experiences;
  • you will learn to cope with anxiety, fears, tension and loneliness;
  • find support and resources to keep going even in these difficult circumstances

❤️ This group is not about “how to be strong” or “holding on”. It is about learning how to live and find yourself in difficult circumstances.
💌 Write to me now to find out the details and book a place.
This is your first step to the support you need.

P.S. Don't wait until it gets easier - allow yourself to get help now.

What will you get
  • Professional help: I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with experience working with the military and their familie
  • A safe space: there is no judgment or advice to “hold on” - only support and care
  • Resources: you will learn how to maintain your strength, take care of yourself and be a support for your family without exhaustion
