About the trainer
One day, I think in 2015, I came to the annual festival and ... fell in love. To the atmosphere and people! To psychotherapy! And stayed.
I have never met so much warmth and support at that time anywhere. And so I wanted to stay there for a longer time. I learned to express my feelings and accommodate emotions. See what is happening around and be aware. Interact with the world. And follow your interests.
And then I went to study. I so wanted to understand how this happens. Gestalt therapy for me is about opportunity! Find a balance of your emotions and feelings. Learn to recognize and express them.
I specialize in child and parenting:
- Children;
- Teenagers;
- Family therapy.
As well as:
- A question of self-esteem, self-doubt;
- Relations with parents;
- Male-female relations (relationship with a partner);
- Questions of self-realization;
- Loss (tragic events).
I don’t know exactly how to live someone else’s life and what decision to make. But I know exactly how to give support and opportunity, make a choice and make a decision. Once, having checked how it works for myself (being a client and a student), I madly wanted to carry this information into the world.
