Program management fees
Depending on the form of the internship, there are two options for payment for the internship:
1. The Program Leader co-leads the program workshops with the intern (at least 30% of the number of workshops).
When the Program Manager co-leads the workshops with the program intern(s), payment is based on the percentage agreed upon at the beginning of the collaboration and often depends on the size of the group and the number of internships (how many internships the intern has).
The recommended window of distribution of payment from the fee, i.e. after deducting all expenses: 70% - 90% - program manager, 10% - 30% - program intern(s).
The manager's percentage is paid separately regardless of the internship fee percentage.
In the case when the program manager at his/her discretion invites other presenters of individual seminars or allows the program trainees to lead some seminars of the program on their own, the distribution from the fee, i.e. after deduction of all expenses: 70% - 80% - seminar presenter(s), 20% - 30% - program manager.
2. The Stage I program is conducted with remote supervision by the Program Manager, the Stage II program is conducted with face-to-face supervision.
In the case of distance supervision of Stage I, the payment for supervision is made in the amount of 10% of the fee of the presenters (trainees) for each seminar where the Program Director is not the presenter. Starting from Stage II, the calculation is made according to point #1 of the calculation: "The program leader leads the seminars of the program together with the trainee".
