В этой лекции мы обсудим применение в работе с организациями одного из основных принципов Гештальт-терапии – парадоксальной теории изменений Арнольда Бейссера.
Мы исследуем, как она может быть использована в нашей работе как коучей в организации и обсудим полезные инструменты, с помощью которых мы можем продемонстрировать способы преодоления фиксированных паттернов и неразрешенных проблем для того, чтобы помочь организациям двигаться вперед и достигать их целей более креативными путями.

Психолог со степенью магистра Бизнес Администрирования. Работала как профессиональный консультант, менеджер по маркетингу и коммуникациям. Завершила свое четырехлетнее образование как Гештальт психотерапевт в 2011 и с тех пор работает терапевтом и консультантом с клиентами в частной практике в Афинах. Является тренером в Гештальт Организации в Греции и работает Гештальт-практиком в организациях в нескольких мультинациональных и местных компаниях и Общественных организациях. В 2016 году была соавтором книги «Искусство изменений, другой подход к Организациям» совместно с Францом Мелмейстером и Джорджем Стаматисом. Также работает приглашенным тренером в программах Гештальт в Организациях в Гештальт институтах Европы. Является членом Европейской ассоциации Гештальт-терапии.
Greece. A psychologist with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She worked as a professional consultant, marketing and communications manager. She completed her four-year education as a Gestalt Psychotherapist in 2011 and since that has worked as a therapist and client consultant in a private practice in Athens. She is a Trainer at a Gestalt Organization in Greece and works as an Organizational Gestalt Practitioner in several multinational and local companies and Community Organizations. In 2016, she co-authored The Art of Change, A Different Approach to Organizations with Franz Melmeister and George Stamatis. He also works as a guest trainer in the Gestalt programs in Organizations at the Gestalt Institutes in Europe. Member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy.
