Did Oedipus suffer from an Oedipus complex?

The lecture discusses the problems of development and development of the concepts of Edipiv complex and "sexual addiction" as cultural phenomena, prompted by the widest historical subjects. The role of understanding "sublogy" and "gender" in the development and stosuvanni of given diagnoses is shown.

On clinical butts, the significance of the differentiation of true mental suffering and such manifestations as pseudo-stigma and pseudo-victimization, which are blamed for vicarious modern suspility and medical severity of psychological and psychiatric diagnoses, are demonstrated.

Two types of medicalization were seen: “from below” and “from above. Proposed clinical criteria for the differentiation of "pseudo-stigmatization", simulation and Munchausen's syndrome. The role of postmodern discourse is analyzed, which allows to identify the text and the post-textual content as an essential element of the vindication of incestuous scars and sexual addictions in the modern era.
