26.02 Hypervision

About the course

The issue of hypervision is important not only to improve one's skill as a supervisor and to develop supervisory skills:

  • resilience,
  • attention to the therapist,
  • understanding of the processes that take place between them.

The task of hypervision is much bigger than that.

The task of hypervision is to create your new identification as a coach, as a supervisor.

And what is the identity of a supervisor?

It's being able to be there for your colleague, moving forward, not destroying them, not imposing your point of view, but finding the greatest opportunity to manifest your potential as a supervisor and your potential as a supervisee, which is much more than supervisory training.

Because it will further help you in recruiting clients for you as a therapist, in recruiting supervisees, and in recruiting training programs or workshops.

Because the purpose of these meetings is to develop a particular stance that will allow you to feel confident in different areas of therapeutic manifestation.

Hypervision is recommended for those who have completed or are completing Stage 3 and for those people who are training in Stage 3 and have begun supervisory cycles.
