About the trainer

Interest in Gestalt therapy and falling in love with this direction of psychotherapy arose when I took a risk for the first time and came to the MIGIS conference in 2006. Since then, I have never regretted my acquaintance with Gestalt therapy!

I mainly deal with the following problems:

  • in interpersonal, male-female relations;
  • with the theme of money, self-realization, personal and career growth;
  • low self-esteem, insecurity;
  • rejection of oneself and one's body;
  • psychosomatic symptoms;
  • anxieties, fears, loneliness;
  • depression, loss of interest in life, lack of own desires.

My task is to help deal with difficulties, make visible the invisible, exactly what torments and does not allow clients to live happily, provide the missing support, thanks to which the client will have the strength to change his life.

I love my profession. Thanks to her, I changed and improved my life, and now I help others to become happier.

Since 2008, I have been running a private practice where I provide psychological counseling and individual therapy sessions, psychotherapeutic workshops, psychological clubs, thematic seminars, long-term therapeutic groups, and lectures.

Since 2012, I have been co-facilitating training programs for gestalt therapists, "Theory and Practice of Gestalt Therapy" 1 and 2 stage.

Since 2015, I have been a co-author and co-facilitator of a specialized program on working with the body in gestalt therapy called "Body Figure in Gestalt."

Since 2019, I have been running training programs for gestalt therapists, "Theory and Practice of Gestalt Therapy" 1 and 2 stage.

Since 2020, I have been a co-author and co-facilitator of a specialized program on art in gestalt therapy.
