About the trainer
My path of Gestalt therapy began in 2012, when I came to a course of meetings in the format of master classes with Shkurchenko O., after which I decided to go to study at the First Stage of Gestalt Therapy.
I was always interested in people and their inner world, I always wondered how to be a good mother to my children, I didn’t want such relationships as I had with my parents, I thought a lot and looked for answers to questions. Relations with her husband also worried, in general, the topic of relationships and dialogue was relevant.
I came into the profession, in many respects, late, at the age of 33, many years before that I was engaged in housework and raising children, caring for the family, and when the boys grew up, I wanted to go in my own interest. Starting from the First Stage I was inspired by the ideas of Gestalt therapy. The importance of being aware of your needs and feelings, that a realized need is a step towards realization.
Many years of education, changing my perspective, and working through personal traumas played a big role in deciding to move into this profession. Considering my extensive experience in marriage - 23 years - and motherhood (I'm the mother of three boys), these are the topics where I can be helpful to my clients.
An important emphasis in my life has been realizing my imperfection and the right to make mistakes. Now life for me is a path consisting of meetings and non-meetings, possibilities and impossibilities, mistakes and the acquisition of experience. Healthy relationships are relationships of honesty with oneself, one's feelings, and the right to be sensitive and alive, which allows one to accept others in their right to life. These are the topics that I work with in my practice. My practice is my lived personal experience, and also a constant step into the new, because if I stop learning in life with others, I stop living. I love life in all its colors!!!!!
The theme that I am currently living and exploring is the theme of dialogue - how in dialogue it is possible to see the other and not lose oneself. For me, the question of support and guidance is an important moment in becoming a personality and moving forward in life.
I work with the theme of child-parent relationships, relationships between men and women - these are questions of emotional dependency and questions of maturation and separation.
I also have experience working with various psychological traumas.
Problems in work: emotional burnout; issues of growth and development, competition.
