Program guidance
Professional training programs for Gestalt therapists (Stage I and II) have a Lead Trainer, who is the person responsible for the quality and timeliness of the seminars of the program, for the work of the presenter(s) of the program, for the work of the guest presenters of the individual seminars, and for the work of the trainees.
The professional training of Stage I - II therapists is a long-term project, during which the group lives through many group conflicts, various group phenomena, and certain stages of group development: from confluence to interdependence (from counterdependence to interdependence). The program leader promotes not only the development of the students but also the advancement of the group as a whole. The program director's ability to withstand all stages of group development and go through the processes of crisis is a direct practical example for the assistant in his/her professional development. Also one of the tasks of the program director is to help the assistant to overcome the hierarchical conflict and to be able to experience his/her shame, uselessness and helplessness by the end of the 3rd year of study, to be able to help the students to develop.
The supervisor of the Program (II stage) can be a leading trainer (supervisor) of MIGIS or a trainer of MIGIS after internship in at least two programs of professional training of Gestalt therapists (II stage).
The Program Leader (Stage I) may be a MIGIS Lead Trainer (Supervisor) or MIGIS Trainer who:

is a supervisor (certified for Stage III) or a supervisor-in-training (not certified for Stage III), but not earlier than the 2nd year of training.

A leading trainer (supervisor) of MIGIS, regardless of whether or not he/she has been trained, as his/her qualifications are sufficient to develop his/her own authored Specialized Program and submit it to the Director of the MIGIS Institute for review and approval. Such a program may be conducted at MIGIS, subject to the approval of the Director.
A MIGIS trainer who:
has completed an internship in at least 1 specialized program,
has completed 1 internship in the program of professional training of Gestalt therapists (II stage),
