Grading of MIGIS gestalt therapists by qualifications and experience
Lead trainer (supervisor) of MIGIS:
Has completed higher education in psychology or related specialties (pedagogy with specialization in psychology, medicine).
Is a Gestalt therapist (graduated I, II stages, certified for II stage).
He is a supervisor, Gestalt trainer (completed and certified for the III stage).
Independently graduated two Professional Training Programs for Gestalt Therapists (I + II stages).
Can independently teach:
Gestalt Therapist Professional Training Program (Stage I, II).
Specialized program.
Supervisory groups and seminars.
Client programs of any level of complexity.
MIGIS trainer:
Has a completed higher education in psychology or related specialties (pedagogy with specialization in psychology, medicine).
Is a Gestalt therapist (graduated I, II stages, certified for II stage).
Completed the specialized program "Group Therapy" (certified).
Is a supervisor (completed and certified for Stage III) or a supervisor-in-training (not certified for Stage III).
Has conducted a minimum of one Stage I in the Gestalt Therapist Professional Training Program under the supervision of the program director as an assistant or facilitator. Or has completed one internship in a specialized Program.
May independently lead:
Gestalt Therapist Professional Training Program:
Stage I - upon completion of the requirements described in the Program Leadership section.
Stage II - if the requirements described in the "Program Manual" section are met.
Specialized Program - if the requirements described in the Program Guidelines section are met.
Thematic Program - if certified in this profile.
Supervisory groups and seminars - if he/she is a trainer who is already independently leading Stage II of the Professional Training Program for Gestalt Therapists (i.e. he/she has completed at least 2 traineeships of Stage II), in agreement with the Director of MIGIS.
Thematic seminars (up to 24 acad.hrs.), master classes, lectures, round tables, workshops, psychological clubs, marathons, webinars, etc.
MIGIS Program Assistant
Has a completed higher education in psychology or in the process of obtaining higher education in psychology or related specialties (pedagogy with specialization in psychology, medicine).
Is a Gestalt therapist (certified for Stage II) or a Gestalt therapist in training after 14 seminars of the Gestalt Therapist Professional Training Program (not certified for Stage II).
Has completed or is completing a specialized Group Therapy program.
Has completed an internship in the Gestalt Therapist Professional Training Program or is completing an internship in a specialized Program.
May independently lead:
Thematic seminars (up to 24 akad.h), master classes, lectures, round tables, workshops, psychological clubs, marathons, webinars, etc.
