Remote program management

Remote program supervision consists of the following:

The supervisor responds to the needs of his/her trainees and provides them with all necessary professional support related to the preparation and implementation of the workshops.
Receives workshop reports from the trainees (facilitators are required to self-report what is happening in the group).
Provides opportunities for trainees/facilitators to receive professional support and assistance in the form of conversation, counseling, extramural supervision.
May selectively require trainees/facilitators to submit oral or written papers analyzing what is happening in the workshop.
Has partial responsibility for what is happening in the group (discusses with trainees/facilitators the group processes, group dynamics, main topics).
Checks and makes recommendations on the overall report for the whole internship period.
