Who is allowed to train trainees in the Gestalt Therapist Training Program
To train a trainee at the I and II stages can:
- Accredited trainers of MIGIS category L (leading-trainer) - without additional conditions.
- Accredited MIGIS trainers of category S (senior-trainer) who have completed an internship in two programs of the II stage, under one of two conditions (2 options):
Option 1. The coach who hires the trainee chooses a curator for the entire period of work with the trainee (at I and II stages). The number of such internships with a curator is 1.
Option 2. Before taking on a trainee, the trainer conducts at least one more program:
- on your own, or
- in co-therapy with a sibling, or
- in co-therapy with his head of the Program, with whom he himself trained - provided that the hierarchical conflict of this trainer with the head is resolved, and in the opinion of the head it is possible to work and build equal partner co-therapeutic relations.
After fulfilling one of these two conditions, the Trainer, leading the Gestalt Therapist Training Program (stages I and II), can take a trainee into the Program and train him without a curator.
