About the trainer
I am a Gestalt therapist. You're probably familiar with the trendy expression "shutting down Gestalt". What does it mean? This is the fixation of our psyche on unfinished relationships or situations. If the need is satisfied, the relationship is complete "with a full stop," the grief is over, so the gestalt is closed. And the energy is now spent not on closing the gestalt, but on moving out into the world, to new contacts.A therapist, having professional tools, helps you do this in an environmentally friendly and impressive way. At the same time, you gain experience in moving on on your own.
I am a mother of 3 children. Motherhood was difficult for me and at the same time the most wonderful. Before having children, I graduated from a pedagogical university with a degree in primary education. Therefore, with the birth of my first son, I was happy to practice the Montessori method of education and training. With the birth of my second son, I graduated from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts with a degree in Management. And I realized that I was looking for myself both professionally and personally. I read a lot of books on psychology and realized that I really liked this field. And with the birth of my daughter, I decided to study to become a psychotherapist, but I told myself that it was only to deal with my personal life.
My life was changing rapidly and sometimes I felt like I was flying on speed skis. I was interested in everything. I personally worked with a psychotherapist, simultaneously studied "Addictive Relationship Therapy" and completed training in "Therapy for Children and Adults". At the same time, I am completing my master's degree in psychology. After 2 years, I studied Systemic Family Therapy and the specialization "I-money-the world around me". Over time, thanks to the requests of my clients, I completed another specialization at the Italian Gestalt Institute in Eating Disorders. The only thing that could stop me was lack of time, but I managed to get through it. As the manager of the institute, I gathered a group to study psychosomatics and became an assistant for the 1-2 year training program at our institute. I also have a specialization in sexology and am studying for the 3rd degree and "Trauma Experience Therapy".
What's next for you? Only more interesting. Life has meaning only when it is full and you are responsible for it.
