I went to study the art of Gestalt therapy at a very mature age. At that time, I was driven by a desperate desire to help my very adult children cope with life's difficulties and problems. But in the beginning, as it turned out unexpectedly, I had to deal with my difficulties and problems.

Now I am a psychologist, gestalt therapist, group therapist, supervisor and MIGIS trainer. I conduct individual, group therapy, I lead a social project: a psychotherapeutic group “50+”, for 6 years I worked in a rehabilitation center with clients with chemical and non-chemical addictions, anxiety and depressive states ...

For me, Gestalt therapy is first and foremost about the completeness and beauty of life, about the freedom of choice: the choice of friends, partners, one's own behavior, reaction to events, and the behavior of others, about an inexhaustible interest in clients, those who are close by and life around, about respect and trust, about inner balance, humor, naturalness, and sincerity.

In my individual practice, I work with chemical and non-chemical (especially gambling) and emotional dependence, acute grief, sexual violence, abuse, traumatic experiences, anxious, depressive, phobic states, panic attacks, personal and age-related existential crises (including problems of loneliness and fear of death), relationships in couples (including homosexual and heterosexual), co-dependent relationships, accompanying divorces and states after the breakup of relationships, complex relationships between adult children and their parents, psychosomatic symptoms.

In my practice, I use techniques and methods of Gestalt therapy, systemic family therapy, ironic-paradoxical provocative therapy, rational-emotive and cognitive-behavioral therapy, and symbol of drama.
