About the trainer
Today, I conduct: Gestalt therapy training (stage 1), individual therapy with adults, adolescents, children and parents, family therapy with couples. The results of my work impress, delight and inspire me. I see the sincere surprise of people that the world of possibilities is much larger than a person imagines. There is a desire to develop and move forward, to experience and cope with different states (grief, loss, illness) and emotions. Everyone finds for himself what he needs: getting a new profession, improving family relations, faith in himself and his own strengths, the value and importance of the presence of other people.
I am drawn to Gestalt therapy for its ability to stay in the present, learn to recognize one's needs, and see the mechanism of stopping that pushes one to repeat habitual behaviors, develop the ability to take responsibility for one's thoughts, experiences, feelings, and life, to return the person's ability to be surprised, play, and rejoice - in oneself, in one's discoveries, and in other people. Each person is unique in nature, so I find an individual approach to each client.
Since childhood, I liked to observe relationships between people, listen to different stories from life, ask questions about the meaning of life, and dream of a world where there is peace. I was inspired by stories, analyzed facts, and found ways out of conflicts. I became interested in everything related to people. I realized that besides physical pain, there is also emotional pain. And I was drawn more in that direction. I couldn't get a psychology education after school, but it remained my desire. Over time, conversations, my sympathy and understanding, thoughts about what I heard began to help my acquaintances. And I entered college to get a psychology education. The introduction to Gestalt therapy happened unexpectedly. I received a brochure from the Interregional Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Art (MIGIS) with a description of the program for the professional training of Gestalt therapists. So, I became a student of MIGIS and completed the I, II, and III levels of training. The training was interesting, intense, and very difficult.
The topic of relationships between children and parents is very interesting to me. After all, the basic foundations of relationships with oneself and other people are laid in the family. In individual work with adults, I encounter various problems that come from childhood. And my task, balancing between past experience and the client's current state, is to find new opportunities for the client to gain new experience in their life.
