About the trainer
I dreamed of becoming a psychotherapist and helping people since I was 15 years old. But the road to professional therapy was long and winding. First, I became a teacher and worked with children, believing that I was contributing to the future of Ukraine. Then I went to study and work in the field of personal growth training and business training. At some point, I became disillusioned with popular psychology, because endless training, techniques and new knowledge did not help me understand myself better. I still did not understand how to really help myself and other people overcome life's difficulties. I got married, had kids, ran a small business. At the age of 33, she again began to look for answers and ended up in MIGIS.
Gestalt therapy as a method struck me with its humanity, vitality, and effectiveness. For a year, I worked individually and in seminars, and I enjoyed how much I grew psychologically and how my relationship with myself and my loved ones improved. I finally found what I had been looking for for many years. I went to study to become a gestalt therapist. After a year, clients began to come to me, and I opened my first small therapy group. The profession fascinated me so much that today I myself teach students the basics of gestalt therapy.
In my early years of work, I was interested in issues such as overcoming emotional dependence, working with trauma, psychological separation, male-female relationships, motherhood, revealing female identity and sexuality, and I successfully work with these issues. I constantly learn and develop in my profession, and I look for new topics that inspire me.
