About the trainer

I have been practicing Gestalt therapy since 2005:

  • conduct individual psychological consultations;
  • I conduct long-term therapy;
  • I work as a group psychotherapist;
  • conduct internal and external supervision;
  • Leading training programs in gestalt therapy training
  • as a MIGIS trainer, I conduct training programs for Gestalt therapists;
  • I take part in scientific conferences and festivals, where I hold master classes, round tables.

Gestalt therapy for me is love and creativity. Love for oneself, for others, for Life. Creativity in relationships, work, and art. Gestalt therapy is also about interest, encounter, and inspiration. It is this trio that gives Life its flavor. Interest is the energy that makes life full, it is the impulse that moves us in space and time to Encounter... Encounter... It cannot be described in two words... It is perhaps the main thing in gestalt therapy - the opportunity to Encounter, the experience of closeness with another person, the ability to stay at the boundary of contact and create relationships. Inspiration... I understand Inspiration literally: the inhalation of the new. It's about accepting your experience, realizing yourself, insight, discovery - it's like "Wow! So that's how it is!" At this point, it is worth mentioning that gestalt therapy is a therapy of polarities. And that it not only helps to seek and realize Interest, experience Encounter and Inspiration, but also provides opportunities and resources to continue moving forward in those life points where there is no Interest, where desired Encounter is impossible, and where the gained experience brings only disappointment. Gestalt therapy is an opportunity to Encounter the full spectrum of your feelings, sensations, and thoughts. It is an opportunity to take responsibility and decide what to do with this whole spectrum. And, of course, gestalt therapy is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to deal with your inner and outer world.

The main issues that I work with are:

  • emotional dependencies;
  • gender relations;
  • "triangular relationships";
  • loss and acute grief;
  • age-related crises;
  • psychosomatic symptoms;;
  • suppressed sexuality;
  • extensive experience working with the narcissistic vector;
  • existential problems: choice, loneliness, meaning of life, etc.
