About the trainer

People come to psychotherapy through personal stories. And I have mine. This is a story about finding yourself and your place in the world. And a life in which there is a lot of freedom and real meetings. I'm interested in learning new things. I like working with people. See how their lives change. Always different. There are no identical stories. There is the same desire - to be happy. And I try to help everyone along the way. I give what most people need. This is real support, care, acceptance of a person in any of its manifestations. At the same time, I have a lot of irony and humor, and when necessary, I can “kick” in the right direction.

The main requests that people come to me with are:

  • searching for resources,
  • male-female, family, and other interpersonal relationships,
  • self-realization and personal growth,
  • money and career,
  • self-esteem and self-acceptance,
  • depression, loss of interest in life,
  • crises (age-related, family),
  • psychological traumas (losses, bereavements, divorces),
  • fears, anxieties, loneliness.

Each request and each person is a separate world. Behind every client - adult or child - there is a very special and important story that I keep and protect.
There are no uninteresting people, boring relationships, or hopeless situations. There is life, which is rich and diverse. And I try to show this life to my clients.
Psychotherapy is a small life that at some point becomes big. And most importantly, it becomes truly its own.
