Going back to the early 90s, when I was 6 years old, to the traditional question of my parents: “What do you want to be when you grow up?” - I answered: “A psychologist.” Not without surprise, my family of economists looked at me and continued: “Do you know who this is?” - "№ But I know that he helps people", I answered quietly. So to this day for me my profession, despite the techniques and methods that I use in my work - gestalt, art, behavioral, existential therapy, systemic, family, coaching is an art that is expressed in observing the movements of the client, in listening to his words, in touching his pain and scars, in inspiring creativity and life in general. come for the search for joy and pleasure in life; for the search for meaning and tuning the strings of emotions and experiences; for the revival of curiosity and admiration for life, its individual moments; for strength and change in what is unbearable to endure anymore, and very often - for inspiration.

For more than 10 years I have been walking side by side with my work. After graduating from the lyceum, my first meeting with psychology as a science took place at the national university in the specialty "Psychology". In my second year, I started working in a public organization, conducting dozens of trainings for teenagers; then I worked as a school psychologist for three years in one of the oldest gymnasium № 136 in Dnepropetrovsk.At the same time, I studied at MIGIS as a gestalt therapist, trainer, supervisor, passed five specializations in working with groups, families, couples, children and parents, with addictions (chemical, emotional, gaming), as well as completed two programs on systemic family constellations in Ukraine and the USA Together with my colleagues Zakharova T. A., Zakharyan I. S. and Fomina I. V., two long-term professional training programs "Therapy of parental and child problems with creativity" were successfully released in Dnepropetrovsk and "Gestalt approach in working with children and parents" in Vinnitsa Attending international symposiums and conferences education, having studied with the best therapists in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Croatia, the USA, Italy, having given more than a hundred lectures, master classes and round tables in Ukraine, I now live and work in America. My therapy practice has become richer in working with Skype clients, especially with those who have questions/problems with shame, sexual abuse, incest, sexual disorders and panic attacks, as well as in person with those who have a fear of change, adaptation, immigration and culture shock.

Sherlock Holmes in Guy Ritchie's film once said: "There is nothing more stimulating than when everything goes wrong" - I often remind my clients of these words, and this is not only my optimism, but also all my injuries. , inner life and experiences, all my experience, which I turn into something new and beautiful; and help clients understand the "why" to deal with any "how". After all, what could be more exciting than knowing yourself: what you are capable of, what you want, what you are!
