About the trainer

My training in Gestalt therapy began in 2010 on the basis of higher education as a practical psychologist and participation in the long-term project of the ASPU “Psychosomatics”. I was driven into the profession of a Gestalt therapist by my need for self-realization, further development of myself as a person in a creative, interesting, helping other people experience and cope with various life difficulties of the profession, as well as the need for financial support for myself and my loved ones.

Gestalt therapy has completely changed my life. I learned the process of mindfulness, making my own decisions and taking responsibility for my choices; I changed the environment and filled my life with people who can feel the excitement of life, create, overcome difficulties, enjoy and enjoy their work, communication with other people and life in general, and move towards their goals and dreams, no matter what . I changed my personal life for the better, learned a fruitful way of contacting my family members, respecting my own and their boundaries.

In my work with clients in individual therapy, I work with:

  • devaluation of oneself and one's life;
  • resolving conflicting, crisis, and traumatic situations that stem from childhood;
  • panic attacks and restoring a sense of safety in the world;
  • the transition from a childlike (from the family of origin) way of interacting and perceiving oneself and others to a conscious, adult way of seeing and feeling oneself;
  • limiting beliefs, attitudes, and feelings (fear, guilt, shame) that stop personal growth and achieving desired goals;
  • parent-child relationships and relationships in couples and families;
  • the problem of meeting a partner and maintaining a relationship with them;
  • the problem of choosing a profession and self-realization in it.

The mission of my work is to bring into another person's life through our interaction and process of realizing the luxury of being attentive to oneself, one's feelings, and life choices, to gain inner support, integrity, and a qualitative, conscious, and joyful life.

I have described a thematic program "Gestalt approach in personal and financial potential development" that touches on the main areas of our lives – success, personality, money, crisis management, and Gestalt approach. The goal of the program is to study and learn practical use of the basic "tools" of Gestalt therapy for life, through which one can better understand and transform their personality, its strengths and weaknesses, understand their attitude towards money and crises, understand what place they occupy in life, what internal blocks hinder personal and financial potential to live, develop, and enhance their personality and potential for success in a crisis situation. The thematic program combines modern knowledge and practical work in personality psychology, money psychology, and Gestalt therapy.

I have experience in long-term individual therapy with clients for 3-6 years, which results in transforming clients' contact with the world into a more qualitative, flexible, and holistic one. I have experience conducting and graduating 4 groups of the 1st stage. I have experience as a linear trainer at large-scale summer intensives from 2017 – 2020.

My personal sympathies in life and profession are expressed towards people who are learning, creating, bold, and willing to risk to create and transform themselves and the world around them; to people who can see and appreciate the aesthetics and beauty of life.
