Вітаю! Мене звуть Ольга. З 2013 року я професійно займаюся психотерапією і консультуванням. Років з 20-ти я мріяла бути психологом, але мій шлях в цю професію був нешвидким і непростим. За цей час я встигла змінити багато різних професій, починаючи від простого шкільного вчителя, закінчуючи регіональним керівником в крюінговій компанії і навіть рік пропрацювала телеведучої на маленькому російськомовному телеканалі, що віщає в Німеччині для російськомовного населення.

Але жодна з моїх професій не приносила мені стільки радості і задоволення, як психотерапія, тому в 2013 році я перестала бути телеведучою і повністю присвятила себе роботі психотерапевта. На даний момент я працюю в індивідуальному консультуванні, консультуванні сім'ї (я пройшла спеціалізацію з сімейної системної терапії), веду малі терапевтичні групи і навчальні групи з сімейної системної терапії та гештальт-терапии в Києві та Миколаєві у співпраці з ведучим тренером MIGIS Златославою Заньківською. Крім того, у мене є досвід телевізійних інтерв'ю, де мене запрошували як психолога-експерта, а також досвідроботи на гарячій лінії з сім'ями.

У своїй практиці індивідуального консультування я найчастіше працюю з питаннями емоційної залежності, сепарації від батьків, психологічними травмами, втратами, підвищеною тривожністю, психосоматикою, з порушеннями харчової поведінки, страхами, панічними атаками. Поруч зі своїми клієнтами я намагаюся створити атмосферу доброзичливості, підтримки і опори в зростанні.

1996-2001 – Nikolaev State Pedagogical University. Belinsky, Faculty of Music and Education, specialist, teacher of music, artistic culture, ethics and aesthetics.

2020-2022 – Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM). Master's degree in psychology.
