For me, psychotherapy is a dance. A dance in which there is a place for new movement, self-expression, improvisation, feelings, new experience and restructuring. I listen to the music of the soul and move, dance... I listen to yours, you listen to mine... We take turns inviting... And new music is born in this dance. In my work I use the techniques of Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, family systemic psychotherapy, standardized psychological diagnostic tools: tests, questionnaires, screenings.
