Slipchenko Oleksandra

In 2015, I first got acquainted with Gestalt therapy in the specialization of working with children and families. I was the mother of a 2-year-old child, who had many questions: how to raise children? How to maintain a male-female relationship in a couple? After all, we are not taught anywhere about education and building relationships, and the experience of my parents did not suit me.

To my surprise, there were no desks and dry lectures at the seminars, all the training took place in the format of practice, and the theory was superimposed on the experience that we gained during the seminar.

Since 2016, I have gone to train as a Gestalt therapist and have been studying to this day, and will continue to study, because this profession requires constant maintenance of a good therapist shape

Since 2019, I have started my practice of working in individual therapy. Conducted 6 courses of 10 meetings in a project to develop the emotional intelligence of children and adolescents. Lectures and master classes for parents on the topic: "Sexual education of children."

I explore the topic of bullying and its impact on children as a traumatic experience; sexual education of children as an opportunity to reduce the risk of violence.

Thanks to Gestalt therapy, I learned to better understand my feelings, to cope with emotions, to go through age and relationship crises, my relationship with my husband and loved ones improved, to realize my interest and desires. Well, and most importantly, I acquired a favorite profession in which I can fulfill myself!

Clients come to me with requests to improve parent-child relationships, separation from parents, manifestation of feelings, depression, search for their interests in life, apathy, difficulties in male-female relationships, divorce, emotional trauma.

I won't be able to get rid of all your problems, but we will definitely look for opportunities to make it easier to deal with them.
