Even when it asks us to stay and truly see.

I am a certified Gestalt therapist and supervisor, in the field since 2010.
I work online and in Vienna, offering individual therapy, one-on-one supervision, and supervision for triads.

With academic backgrounds in medicine, literature, and psychology,
I approach each person as a whole —
with reverence for the body, the emotional world, and the personal story shaped by culture and experience.

After thirteen years of core training and certification in Gestalt therapy,
I continue learning from internationally recognized teachers and professors —
because I believe this profession calls for a gaze that stays clear and alive,
not blurred by what we’ve learned to overlook.

My intention is to create a space
where no one needs to hold it all together,
where pain is not silenced,
and beauty — still — finds a way to grow.

I live in Vienna. I love art, the quiet resonance of museums, the depth of exhibitions.
I see meaning in details.
The aesthetics of contact is my deepest love in Gestalt work —
the art of being fully with.
To witness. To hold. To remain.
To notice how even in darkness — something alive takes root.

For me, beauty lives in the way we attend to what is real,
what is tender,
what is here.
