I experienced Gestalt therapy in 2013, when I had a desire to learn a new, modern, previously unknown profession. Then there was not so much information about what this direction is. And my love for Gestalt therapy started from the first seminar.

It was amazing to see and understand that the skills and results gained at the seminars work and are built into life, and at the same time show curiosity to discover this deeply.

Since then, my attitude and worldview has changed. Now it is difficult for me to imagine my life without gestalt therapy, art, books and creativity.

Experience since 2015. I provide medium and long term therapy. In therapy I adhere to honesty and ethics; I appreciate aesthetics and the desire for personal growth and development.

It was here that I learned the most important of the arts - the art of relationships. And this is important to me as a wife and mother and as a therapist who works with different clients and builds different, dissimilar relationships.

Topics that clients come to me with in personal therapy:

  • loss of interest in life, depression, apathy, emptiness;
  • search for a resource, the meaning of life;
  • difficulties in relationships, dependent relationships;
  • repetitive life situations;
  • low self-esteem;
  • difficult life situations.

The greatest value of gestalt therapy is the Meeting of the therapist with the client. This means the presence of those worlds next to each other that are not subject to analysis and description, but which create invisible connections of society. If a person is not alone, he is capable of much.

That is why I love Gestalt therapy - it makes you feel that you are not alone.

At the moment, I am a personal and group gestalt therapist, an assistant in the training program for gestalt therapy, leading literary clubs.
I explore the connection between modern literature and the current processes of society. Also interesting is the topic of disclosing a person's creative abilities and embedding creativity in life.

I believe that there are no uncreative people. There are those who are simply not yet familiar with gestalt therapy.
