After graduating from school, when the question arose of choosing a profession, a psychologist was one of the priorities. Subsequently, she entered this specialty and received a diploma of a specialist.
Then I forgot about it for a long time, because. at that time, psychology was very poorly developed in our country. A few years later, being on the verge of a divorce, she got into personal therapy at MIGIS. From that moment on, Gestalt therapy has taken a very significant and lasting place in my life, I would even say that it was she who brought me back to life (and not her likeness). I learned to live in a new way, to look at many things differently, to react differently than usual...
I am in love with Gestalt, the methods of work in this direction are clear and close to me.
I work with an adult audience, I am fascinated and interested in this process (of therapy), I am always interested in getting to know a person next to me: why is he the way he is, why he reacts in this way and not differently to different situations, which influenced his formation. Each person for me is a whole unknown universe. Not all of them want to open, but it is always so exciting and exciting.
I have experience working only with an adult audience, I consider a variety of issues:
- relationships (with oneself, relatives, society);
- self-development and realization;
- social roles; burnout, devaluation and procrastination.
I want to be useful to people, I want to be known, I really want that with my help, my clients can improve the quality of their lives, realize its values, change for the better for themselves, and, possibly, change someone's life (as if no matter how pompous it sounded).
I am very interested in the direction of dreams (it is from the position of Gestalt therapy, I do not interpret, but help to comprehend), I am very interested in this direction, unfortunately, it is not so developed at the moment. Although for me personally, dreams are an incredible opportunity to "communicate" with the subconscious.
