For me, Gestalt therapy is about the joy of life, creativity, self-realization, inner support and freedom of choice, about personal growth and the opportunity to be yourself, and also about intimacy and a real meeting with another.

I came to Gestalt therapy as a client during a crisis period in my life - the period when I suddenly realized that nothing was making me happy. From the outside, this might have seemed strange, because I had everything I needed to feel happy: a loving family, a job I enjoyed, and I had achieved a certain status and position in my professional life. But despite all this, there was a persistent feeling of loss of taste for life - life was there, but it was as if I wasn't in it.

And I started to search for answers to my questions persistently. These questions turned out to be quite existential: "Who am I?", "What do I really want?", "What is the meaning of my existence?", "Where did joy and inspiration disappear?" and so on.

You know, today, after so many years of therapy, I can't say that life has become much easier for me, but the quality of my life has definitely changed - it has become brighter, more fulfilling and interesting. Amazing people came into my life, new ideas and new meanings appeared. I began to understand more about myself and my needs. My vision of the world became more colorful and voluminous. Joy and inspiration, once lost, returned to me. And I also found my own profession, which I had been moving towards, perhaps all my life.

I have been in Gestalt therapy since 2013. I have studied and continue to study with the best psychotherapists in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, and Italy.

I participate in conferences, festivals, intensives and conduct workshops every year.

I provide individual and group therapy in person and online.

The requests I work with include:

  • Age crises;
  • Psychosomatic symptoms;
  • Self-rejection and body dysmorphia;
  • Suppressed sexuality;
  • Insecurity, low self-esteem;
  • Depressive states;
  • Panic attacks;
  • Anxiety disorders;
  • Conflicts and difficulties in building interpersonal relationships (family, business);
  • Relationship breakdowns or loss of a loved one;
  • Questions related to motherhood;
  • Professional identity and self-realization;
  • Existential problems: choice, loneliness, fear of death, meaning of life, etc.

Once I read Oscar Wilde's words: "The ability to live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all." And today I think that immersing oneself in Gestalt therapy is a wonderful way to learn to live...
