Terms of payment

1. The User independently gets acquainted with the information about Psychologists and the cost of their Consultations posted on the Service.

2. The Booking of the Consultation comes into effect from the moment the User pays in favor of the Administrator of the Commission, by wire transfer of funds to the Administrator's account according to the account generated by the Service.

The size of the Commission is 30% (thirty percent) of the cost of the Consultation of each Psychologist indicated on the Service.

The remaining 70% (seventy percent) of the cost of the Consultation is paid by the User directly to the Psychologist:

before the start of the Consultation - when conducting the Consultation online; in the manner separately agreed upon by the User and the Psychologist - when conducting the Consultation offline.

The Psychologist selected by the User establishes contact with the User using the contact information provided by the latter, within 24 (twenty four) hours from the moment of booking by the User, in order to agree on the date, time and method (online / offline) of the Consultation.

The date of the Consultation, agreed by the Psychologist and the User, must be within 7 (seven) business days from the date of booking by the User. The specified period can be extended by agreement of the User.
