About the therapist
My encounter with Gestalt therapy happened through my curiosity. As an inquisitive person, I “dropped in for a visit” ...
I looked closely for a couple of years before I chose not only to stay, but also to create my own place in this field. At that time, being a mother of many children and a business person, I really wanted something “more” ... Like something more: wider horizons, more complete breathing or something ... And, as it turned out, this is the reality of the gestalt world : the birth of new meanings, a meeting with a vast area of other probabilities of one's life. This is the path to the most complete and harmonious existence.
In this context, I see my task as a therapist: creating an atmosphere and conditions in which a person can more fully and deeply realize their possibilities. They can create their own unique world with an individual rhythm, pace, and sound. Remaining sensitive to their needs, maintaining harmonious relationships with other people, and with the world as a whole. For the birth of their success, joy, and happiness.
In my practice, I work with requests such as: questions of identity, finding oneself, working with psychosomatics, going through crises, working with trauma, and male-female relationships.
