I came to the profession at the age of 35, after a successful career as a literature teacher, I wanted to delve deeper into psychology and learn about different possibilities for personal development. Studying Gestalt therapy made me realize where I belonged in life. I came back to Kyiv to lead groups and expand the degree of awareness, to help in the individualization of those who were close to me in terms of values and interest.

Since 2004, I have been professionally engaged in psychotherapy aimed at individuation of the personality, the disclosure of authenticity - how to "be yourself next to others" - the development of self-respect and respect for other people, assertiveness, resilience, and getting out of co-dependent relationships. Assertive behavior involves developing confidence and a positive attitude. Development of psychological resilience - the ability to overcome stress and difficult periods in a constructive way.

Topics of particular interest to me are:

• growing up and maturity;
• becoming a strong identity, confidence that what I feel is right;
• awareness of your shadow as a resource; self-acceptance;
• work with borders and internal defenses;
• mastering and researching family scenarios, building your own life scenario;
• development of self-esteem and respect for other people.
• development of psychological resilience - the ability to overcome stress and difficult periods in a constructive way.

The main requests of my clients: WHO am I? WHAT do I WANT? HOW TO EXPERIENCE A CRISIS and HOW TO BE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS?

With the same questions, I once came to study gestalt therapy with Oleg Nemirinsky, took a course of family systemic therapy with Elena Burtseva, specializing in addictions.

Through the study of gestalt therapy, family systemic therapy and Jungian psychoanalysis, I have developed a system for the development of a person through the experience of important feelings at a certain stage of life. I apply and expand it in the author's program «Family system therapy in gestalt», where I study the formation of female identity, the living of the Oedipus complex, psychosomatics, triangles, dependent behaviors and ecological parenting.

I am pleased to conduct educational programs of the 1st and 2nd stages of gestalt therapy and specialization that helps novice psychologists to expand the practice «The skill of therapeutic relationship»
