About the trainer
I came to psychotherapy with a higher technical, then a higher psychological education, dissatisfaction with my own life and an acute desire to help other people, because due to the nature of her work, for a long time she was faced with the imperfection of the healthcare system in relation to suicides (people who made a suicidal attempt). Like many others who came to the Gestalt Therapy training program, wanting to change something in themselves and in the world, at the beginning of the training, I vaguely understood the meaning of the word gestalt :)
Already in my second year of study in the Program, I began to practice individual therapy. In the future, she completed an internship with her teacher, Ph.D. Oleg Vladimirovich Nemirinsky and began to independently conduct her first programs. It is difficult to overestimate the significance of the experience and knowledge that my Teachers generously shared with me.
I received a huge amount of professional and human support while working with the inimitable, creative and charismatic Hrechka V. in his programs.
Over time, I was invited to conduct seminars and take exams in the programs of other teachers of MIGTIK, and after the formation of our institute, MIGIS worked in the Programs of colleagues.
Annual participation in conferences and intensives of two institutes, first in the client position, then in the therapeutic position, and later in the coaching position; personal therapy sessions; training in additional specialized and thematic programs; numerous master classes and lectures for students over the past 20 years; conducting long-term therapeutic programs and short-term seminars; extensive practice in individual therapy and family counseling - undoubtedly contributed to my professional growth and development.
Even during my education, I was lucky enough to observe many distinguished and talented domestic and foreign gestalt therapists at work. All of these factors have formed my stable professional identity and changed my personal history.
Therapy helped me to leave toxic relationships, create warm, trusting relationships with my child, parents, and partner, change my career path and find my place in life, my calling.
Currently, I am the head of training programs for Gestalt therapy at the first and second levels in Dnipro; I have released 4 long-term Gestalt therapy training programs. My graduates work as Gestalt therapists, lead their own projects, and have already become my colleagues - teachers and supervisors.
One of my author's developments is the specialized program "Therapy for Dependent Relationships," which has been successfully running since 2014 in Dnipro, and later in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Zaporizhia. I am also a co-author of the specialized program "Therapeutic Relationships" (developed jointly with Vadim Grechka); the author of the project "The Sexual Identity of the Therapist," and the author of many lectures and articles. I work individually with clients and couples with pleasure. I conduct offline and online supervision sessions for students and practicing students and psychotherapists.
My experience and interests in professional activity are quite broad, so the issues I work with are diverse. These include:
- Relationships in heterosexual and homosexual couples;
- "Triangle" relationships;
- Parent-child relationships;
- Dependent relationships;
- Loss and acute grief;
- Suicidal thoughts, intentions, and attempts;
- Age crises;
- Conflicts and difficulties in building relationships (family, business);
- Psychosomatic symptoms;
- Eating behavior (excessive weight, bulimia, anorexia);
- Therapy for infertility and pregnancy support; • Insecurity, low self-esteem and more.
Over the years of work, undoubtedly, my own therapeutic style has been formed. Whether it is personal therapy, working with couples or groups, first of all, it is respect for the individuality of the Other. I have an inexhaustible interest in the life and organization of my client's world. The trust I create is of immense value to the therapeutic process. With my clients, I am open and vulnerable. What people come to therapy for, and what every person needs, is acceptance and love, which I generously share in therapy. I am convinced that the most difficult and insurmountable things cease to be so if we talk about them with humor. When humor is integrated into the world of my clients, it becomes difficult for them to maintain suffering as the only possible form of life. :) I am sure that in life there is always a "second chance," and love creates the greatest miracles.
Currently, I observe how the rapid development of new technologies, disconnection dictated by social rules, increasing demands of the modern world, create a lot of tension in people's souls and minds, and the emotional impoverishment in relationships that could be close lead to the appearance of clinical, psychosomatic, and neurotic reactions and disorders. All this cannot but worry me as a person involved in the life of society, the system, the country, and humanity. My activity, my mission, is my contribution to changing this world, in which, I believe, eternal human values such as acceptance, closeness, warmth, love, recognition, and respect will always be important. Without exaggeration, I can say that I am happy to be in my profession, to fulfill my purpose...
