A supervisor is a person responsible for the professional development of the trainer under his/her supervision as a teacher and the quality of the trainee's training by this teacher. Only an accredited MIGIS trainer of category L (leading-trainer) can be a supervisor of a trainer who trains a trainee at level II. The program director informs the MIGIS headquarters, the Executive Director, of his/her choice of a supervisor and their mutual agreement. The tutor is not presented to the groups and is not reported to the students in the group, nor is he/she indicated on the certificates.

Tasks of the supervisor:

Respond to requests from the Program Director for assistance:

in becoming a teacher and maintaining this position in the relationship with the trainee, in building a relationship with the trainee in the context of "teacher-student".
To conduct supervision, consultation, giving an outsider's view, which helps the trainee trainer to move on.

*The percentage of payments to supervisors is negotiated at the beginning of the internship and is a fixed percentage within the recommended norms.
