About the therapist

I came to Gestalt therapy 12 years ago out of interest, while still at school I fell in love with the optional subject “Psychology of the Self”, and, being on my second maternity leave, I was finally able to realize my old dream - to immerse myself in the world of the human soul. I went for myself, but later completely switched to the profession of a Gestalt therapist, taking with me into a new profession the old skills from many years of social and party activities, deputy, and many years of scientific and teaching work. I have three children of different ages, so I mastered family therapy.

People often come to me with questions about career growth, the development of psychotherapeutic practice, the search for energy for self-realization, family difficulties, loss of taste and joy in life. I know that each of us has everything to be fulfilled, satisfied and happy, and my task is to help find resources and opportunities to cope with what hinders this. To do this, I am passionate about the topics of conflictology, dealing with differences in a couple, family and wider society, finding strengths, supports, in myself and in the world, so that, relying on them, create something new, useful and exciting that only you can do , receiving and giving maximum pleasure and pleasant experiences. I have developed and am leading the course "Family Therapy" in which each of the participants, working with themselves, changes their relationship in the family. The program is aimed at developing relationships with parents, family, partner and children.
